Problem
With the Making Tax Digital deadline fast approaching, the management team were desperate to convert their paper-based system to an online one. They had no accounts team and attempted to digitalise their accounts using Quickbooks but it didn’t work and left them with a big headache.

Goal
To stop drowning in paperwork and become compliant with the Making Tax Digital requirements.

Solution
We transferred all their accounting data from Quickbooks to Xero and provided a complete cloud solution using Receipt Bank for receipts and supplier invoices. We provided bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliations and VAT returns on an ongoing basis.
