Nottingham based group of seven companies, managing rental property investments and providing advice and training to property investors.

Problem
The in-house bookkeeper left and no one in the company had knowledge of Xero.

Goal
A smooth transition and continuity of service from the previous bookkeeper.

Solution
We provided an integrated approach and acted as an accounts department for all seven companies. We combined Xero with Receipt Bank and set up Asana, a project management tool, for task management. Services included bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, custom financial reporting (e.g., investor statements) and management reporting.

Impact
Despite the changes within the accounts team, the company maintained operational stability and increased cohesion within all the businesses.
