Problem
Having previously used Sage desktop, NH Flooring found themselves in a difficult position when their accounts specialist left the company.

Goal
Save time on bookkeeping by automating everyday tasks including bank reconciliations and VAT returns.

Solution
We provided a quick, seamless and pain free move from Sage to Xero accounting software, taking over two years’ worth of data in one afternoon!
We installed a complete cloud-based solution using Receipt Bank with Xero, which provides easy automation for collecting, processing and publishing receipts and supplier invoices by scanning and extracting key details through its integration. It also publishes the transactions to Xero with an image attached which transfers all the key information.

Xero allows NH Flooring to get paid faster with mobile invoicing, automatic reminders and online payments, plus automatic imports from their bank account allows for easy reconciliations in seconds.  They regularly have to provide quotes for potential customers which can very easily be turned into invoices.

They saved a substantial amount of time and money and improved their productivity.
